Scott Richardson of Bedford, NY formed Richardson Realty as part of Keller Williams Realty. Michael Wieneke of Greenwich, CT, recently joined the team as Director of Marketing. Mike's work experience includes Asst. Director of Operations at the Westchester Golf Association and General Assistant at Plattsburgh Air Force Base Redevelopment Corp. Mike volunteers as a firefighter with the Byram Volunteer Fire Department, is Co-Chair for the St. Lawrence 2007 GOLD Committee and serves on the alumni council of The Williston Northampton School. He also works with middle school rowers at the Greenwich Water Club.
 

Mike started his real estate career in 2006, working for Coldwell Banker Whitbeck Associates in Plattsburgh, New York. He is educated in residential as well as Commercial Property Management and Commercial Finance and Investment Analysis.
 

As Director of Marketing, Mike oversees the process of organizing and directing all the company activities which relate to determining the market demand for Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield CT real estate and facilitates delivering that service to the customer.
